American bagel v Brick Lane beigel

@ theoldkitchen (fellow tweeter) has quite rightly pointed out the misspelling of the word bagel. So let's be clear - in the USA it's Bagel, in Brick Lane (and Jewish cuisine) it's Beigel - innit.
